The terms "client," "client," "you," and "your" allude to guests, clients and visitors of the Site as well as Service.

You may utilize the Site and/or Service for legal purposes only. You comply to be financially responsible for all the services you purchase. Refunds requests will be entertained as per the following arrangement:
All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
- You have made a request when the initial design concepts for a web are already offered. Once you accept or request changes in the initial design concepts, the refund offer becomes null and void.
- If a request for a refund is submitted prior to the delivery of initial design concepts, then you can claim a refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
- If a request for a refund is made within 48 hours, you can claim a refund for a 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
- If a request for a refund has been between 48- 120 hours of the delivery of initial design concepts, you can claim a 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
- No refund request will be taken further after 120 hours of your initial design delivery. However since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, you can always request free revisions.
- No refund request will be taken further if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order. However, if you want to reactivate your design order, you will be charged a certain fee (which will be decided after analyzing your order)
- No refund requests will be entertained once the final files have been delivered.
- No refund will be entertained once website development has been finished or once the website has been deployed live.
- For video animation packages, no refund request will be entertained once the storyboard design has been completed.
- All refund requests should be submitted to the support department. Webnisations reserves the right to disapprove of your request for any reason. One of them can be a violation of policies.
- For Webnisations Custom packages, a refund will be pertinent the same as it is on the individual packages.
- You must have a valid reason for claiming a refund. Unless a concept has not been designed according to the brief, a refund will not be provided, however further revisions will be given until satisfaction is met.
- We encourage constant client coordination and require the feedback of our clients before moving to the next step. It is only fair that the client gets involved and provides feedback in order to get the desired outcomes.

Revision Policy
The fixed number of revisions depends on your selected bundle, and you can claim as many revisions as indicated in your bundle details. We strive to deliver superior services to our clients; hence will continue to revise your project until you are completely satisfied with the outcomes.
